Round leatherette sheets

Here you can order round MDF and okoume plywood wood panels glued with artificial leather with different leading edges. Combine color and leading edge exactely as you want. All boards are sawn to your desired measurements.

Explanation of edges

Wood veneer
Thin wooden edge that is glued to the edge. Sanded and oiled.

Plywood with and without beveled edge
The plywood edge is sanded and sharp edges smoothed with sandpaper.

Laminate edge
Strong laminate glue on the edge.

MDF edge
Sanded, and sharp edges smoothed with sandpaper.

Cleaning and maintenance

For daily cleaning, a damp cloth and a neutral detergent are recommended. The surface does not require further surface treatment such as varnishing, oiling or the use of care products and leather grease etc.

We recommend maintaining oiled edges with oil 1-2 times a year to maintain the glow and resistance to dirt and grime. Untreated edges we recommend treating with either soap, oil or varnish, as they are otherwise susceptible to dirt and stains.

Support

Make sure that the board is adequately supported. How much depends on the thickness and plate size, as well as how much load the plate is exposed to. If the plate starts to bend, more support is needed. Therefore, ensure good and solid support.
