Green coconut mat cut to size

Beautiful and practical coconut mat cut to your desired dimensions.

Create a neat, clean and welcoming entrance for yourself and your guests with a coconut mat in a nice colour to match your decor. Coir is a decorative and extremely durable natural material that effectively protects your floors from sand, soil, moisture and dirty shoes. The coconut mat has a vinyl backing and is antibacterial.

Colour: Green.

Thickness: 17 mm.

Installation:
The mat is usually laid without adhesion on an even, dry and clean subfloor that meets GSO guidelines for flatness.
Slight variations in the straightness of the weave direction may occur and there will often be some striping effect. Dimensional stability and colour fastness cannot be guaranteed.

As coconut is a natural material, there may be deviations in colour from the picture, and there may be slight differences in the shades of the coconut fibres on each mat.

Cleaning and maintenance:
Vacuum the mat as needed. The mat will usually shed a little at first, but this will disappear after a few times with the vacuum cleaner.
Coconut mats should not be beaten. Instead, turn the mat with the pile facing outwards and sweep up and down and the dirt will fall out on its own.
Coconut mats can withstand a little water, but be careful with large amounts of water to avoid deformation, shrinkage and colour changes.
Spot cleaning is not possible and no solvent or bleach should be used on a coir mat.
Also avoid heavy exposure to UV radiation (prolonged exposure to direct sunlight).

Pay attention to the following tolerances when cutting:
+/- 3mm in length
+/- 3mm in width
For lengths over 3 metres, the tolerance in both width and length can be +/- 10mm.

Coconut mats can easily be cut with a craft knife.
